Single Cushion Drop Piece 

Originally designed as a teaching/learning aide for adjusting technique classes at Palmer College, this versatile drop piece is also widely used as an extremity drop piece. The teaching/learning aid (“Speeder Board”) has a simulated high transverse process in the form of a raised “bump” under the cushion. The extremity drop piece version has a flat surface without the \"bump\". Both versions have adjustable tension control. Not intended for cervical or pelvic adjusting.

Varnished Red Oak, closed cell foam, Naugahyde brand vinyl

Drop Mechanism:

Adjustable compression spring, machined acetyl polymer plunger, .56” (14.3 mm) drop height.
